Pneumatic and Flat-Free Wheels

Pneumatic wheels have many benefits in industrial caster applications. The main benefit is the ability to absorb shock loads from impacts and cushion the load.
With proper inflation, our wheels are suitable for extended service. Pneumatic wheels include tire, tube and a centered or offset rim/hub assembly. Centered hubs are designed for mounting into casters and equipment. Offset hubs are available for use on hand trucks and portable equipment. A variety of bearing types and sizes are also available.
Flat-Free wheels are an alternative to pneumatic wheels. They have the same characteristics as a pneumatic wheel except they never go flat.
Flat-free wheels are made from closed cell micro-cellular polyurethane foam and offers the same advantages of a pneumatic wheel without the possibility of air loss. Flat-free wheels provide shock load protection and a smooth cushioned ride, rolling easily over debris and small obstacles. Perfect for hand trucks, dollies, carts and mobile equipment such as generators or lawn and garden equipment equipment
This closed cell, expanded foam construction wheel also resists water absorption. Flat-Free wheels provide shock load protection and a smooth cushioned ride, rolling easily over debris and small obstacles. A sawtooth type tread design offers both traction and maneuverability. 8”, 10” or 16″ Flat-Free wheels are perfect for hand trucks, dollies, carts and mobile equipment such as generators and lawn & garden equipment.
